摘要
零膨胀微晶玻璃拥有卓越的热学性能,其低膨胀甚至零膨胀性能对提高航空航天结构和电子没备等的热几何稳定性有重要意义。本文介绍玻璃膨胀系数测试的现状,初步探讨实现低膨胀和零膨胀微晶玻璃膨胀系数精密测试的相关问题。
Zero expansion glass-ceramic with excellent thermal performance, low-expansion or zero expansion property is important to improve the thermal geometric stability of aerospace structures and electronic equipment. This article describes the status quo of the measurement about the thermal expansion coefficient of low inflation. And zero expansion glass-ceramic precision tests of the coefficient of expansion-related issues.
