专业实习作为实践教学的重要环节,在法学教育中起着举足轻重作用。目前,我国法学专业实习存在诸多不足,主要是:实习基地建设不够规范、实习经费不足、实习前期集中培训不够、实习时间安排不尽合理、实习过程缺乏有效监管、实习效果考核不科学等。应有针对性地建设多样化实习基地,规范实习基地建设,加强实习前期集中培训,建立健全实习质量监管制度,合理安排实习时间,优化学生实习考核体系,加大实习经费投入,强化实习效果,充分发挥法学专业实习作用。

Now our professional practice has some shortages, mainly including that the construction of practice bases is not standard, the practice fund and pre -practice concentration training are not enough, the time arrangement is unreasonable, the practice quality is lack of supervision, the assessment is unscientific and so on.
