S100B蛋白检测在颅脑损伤患者中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测颅脑损伤患者外周血清S100B蛋白浓度,判断颅脑损伤患者的预后。方法对我科2009年3月~2011年6月收治经GCS评分12分以下的185例颅脑损伤患者血清,所有患者均于伤后24 h内,3 d,7 d,10 d内采集外周静脉血进行离心,取血清置于-80℃冰箱保存,采用Sangtec100IRMA试剂统一进行单克隆双点放免法测定S100B蛋白浓度。正常对照组50份血清S100B蛋白浓度测定方法相同。最后经统计学处理。结果重型颅脑损伤患者血清S100B蛋白浓度与轻型颅脑损伤患者血清S100B蛋白浓度对比在统计学上有显著性差异,而且,经抢救或治疗后,随着病情好转患者血清S100B蛋白浓度呈逐渐下降趋势,病情好转慢血清S100B蛋白浓度下降慢,反之,预后差者,血清S100B蛋白浓度维持在高位。结论检测颅脑损伤患者伤后不同时间段外周血清S100B蛋白浓度,是判断颅脑损伤患者预后的良好指标。 Objective To detect serum S100B protein concentration in traumatic brain injury patients so as to determine their prognosis.Methods Serum of 186 cases of traumatic brain injury patients was collected,who had been admitted into our department between March 2009 and June 2011 and had been scored below 12 by GCS.Peripheral venous blood of all the patients within 24 hours,3 days,7 days and 10 days after injury was collected,centrifuged and kept at-80 ℃.Sangtec100IRMA reagent was employed in monoclonal double radioimmunoassay to measure the concentration of S100B protein.The same method was also applied to 50 serum samples from normal controls.Statistical processing was then followed.Results There was a significant difference between patients with severe traumatic brain injury and those with mild head injury in terms of serum S100B protein concentration.Moreover,after rescue or treatment,serum S100B protein concentration declined gradually.The trend of declination varied with the condition of improvement.Those with bad prognosis kept their S100B protein concentration at high level.Conclusion Serum S100B protein concentration in brain trauma patients at different periods is a good indicator for judging prognosis of patients with traumatic brain injury.
