半导体532激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变96例 被引量:4

Treatment of diabetic retinopathy by 532 semiconductor laser:An analysis of 96 cases

摘要 目的观察532 nm半导体激光视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法应用台湾公司生产的532-light激光治疗机,对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者96例(165眼)行视网膜光凝术,分3~4次完成。观察治疗前后视力、裂隙灯、眼底、眼压、眼底血管造影的变化,随访1年。结果光凝后视力提高52眼(31.51%),保持不变者95眼(57.58%),视力下降者18眼(10.91%),光凝前后视力比较,差异有显著意义。视网膜黄斑水肿大部分减轻,微血管瘤逐渐消退。结论半导体532 nm激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效确切,效果好。 Objective To evaluate the effect of using 532 semiconductor laser in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy by laser photocoagulation.Methods From January 2010 to January 2011,96 patients(165 eyes) who suffered diabetic retinopathy received laser treatment carried out by Nd:YAG-532 wave length laser instrument made in Tai Wan.After the operations,these patients were followed up for about one year.Results Among the 165 eyes.visual acuity was improved in 52 eyes(31.51%),remained unchanged in 95eyes(57.58%),and declined in18 eyes(10.91%).Nd:YAG-532 wave length laser could not only reduce the risk of vision loss,but also enhance the opportunity of vision recovery.It could also reduce the incidence of continuous cystoid macula edema.Conclusion FD Nd:YAG(532nm) laser photocoagulaton is obviously effective in the treatment of diabeticretinopathy.
