摘要
诗就是生命本身,诗教是人性的教育与生命的教育,大学教育应该是高品的诗与诗教。科学理论和诗在诗性自由上具有相通性与一致性;科学理论也是造物者的诗篇;科学理论具有实用性和诗性;诗性自由是科学创造力的核心,科学教育应该以诗性自由为出发点和落脚点。科学巨擘与艺术泰斗,都有艺术情怀与科学素养;科学与艺术,都揭示表观的多样性与内质的统一性;科学与艺术,都创造美、表现美,都用美改善人;教育的应然目标与功能是改善人,科学教育与艺术教育同等重要。科学与诗互包互容,科学家与诗人互生互长,科学教育与诗育互化互成;诗性教育与科学教育融合,是培养科学家兼艺术家或艺术家兼诗人式大师的必要途径,是破解"钱学森之问"的最佳路线选择。诗性教育是大学迈向一流的开始,是培养创新人才的有效途径之一,我们需要充满诗性的教师、充满诗性的教育教学活动、充满诗性的教育教学过程。当今大学教育体制下存在两种极端,理工科教育往往不重视形象思维,文科教育则容易忽视逻辑思维,致使科学与艺术分离;只有跨越科学与诗之间的荆棘林,现代大学教育才能培养出真正具有人文精神与科学创新能力的人才。
As poetry is the manifestation of life itself,and an effective means of humanity education,university education should also be poetic.Scientific theories and poetry are compatible to each other,for any scientific theory is actually the poetic product of Creator,and poetic imagination is fundamental to scientific creativity.Scientific education should be inspired by and aimed at poetic imagination.In reality,many great scientists and artists are keen on sciences and arts as well.Since both sciences and arts can be used to create and manifest beauty,which is helpful in cultivating humanity and fulfilling the ultimate goal of education,they are equally important in university education.And the integration of science and poetry,or science and humanities education is the best way to cultivate scientist-artists or artist-scientists equipped with both humanist spirits and scientific creativity,capable of competing with those top talents in the world.Nevertheless,nowadays in China,training in intuitive thinking is usually missing in science education,while humanities educators also tend to downplay the importance of logical thinking training.To bridge such a gap,we need poetic university education,poetic teaching activities,poetic learning process,and above all,teachers full of poetic imagination.
