糠醛加氢Cu/SiO_2催化剂成型及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备负载型Cu/SiO2催化剂.考察成型助剂和煅烧温度对Cu/SiO2催化剂的结构和糠醛加氢合成2-甲基呋喃的影响,并采用XRD、BET、TPR等手段对催化剂进行表征.结果表明:与硅溶胶和草酸相比,胶黏剂A可明显提高Cu/SiO2催化剂的强度.随胶黏剂A质量分数的增加,催化剂的强度增大,催化剂的比表面积减小.当胶黏剂A质量分数大于1%时,催化剂的活性和选择性降低.同时,提高催化剂的煅烧温度,CuO颗粒长大,还原温度提高,催化剂活性和选择性降低. The supported Cu/SiO2 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method in this paper.The effect of the molding additives and calcination temperature were investigated,and BET,XRD and H2-TPR were applied to characterize catalyst structure and surface properties.The results showed that,compared with using silica sol and oxalic acid as peptizator,the strength of Cu/SiO2 catalyst could be improved obviously by adding peptizator A.It was observed that the strength of catalyst could be improved via increasing the peptizator A content,while the specific surface area of catalyst was decreased.When the peptizator A content in the catalyst was above 1 %,the activity and selectivity of the catalyst would be reduced.In addition,the particle size of CuO increased with the increase of calcination temperature of the catalyst,and with the reduction temperature of CuO increasing,the activity and selectivity of the catalyst decreased.
