Discussion on the Governance Model of Underground Bank in Zhejiang Province from Development of Rural Bank

浙江是"地下钱庄"盛行的区域之一。相较于其它地区,浙江境内"地下钱庄"所具有的正负两面性特征更加明显。因此,对于它的治理,应"堵疏结合、打防并举"。在疏导措施中,发展村镇银行是一种有效手段,它能够挤压"地下钱庄"市场,逐步缩小其生存空间。

Underground banks are prevalent in Zhejiang Province.Compared to other regions,the positive and negative effects of underground banks are more obvious in Zhejiang.So we should combine the means of punishment with dredging to control underground banks,which is an effective measure to develop rural banks.This can gradually squeeze the markets of underground banks and reduce their living space.
