摘要
MPS虽是教学设备,但其组成机构、控制元件都是工业用器件,同时MPS又能模拟与实际生产过程相接近的控制环境,具有结构简单、直观且实用的特点,便于实践教学.多数MPS装置厂家给出的参考程序均通过辅助继电器编程,程序步数多,程序结构繁杂,不利于学生理解掌握.基于此,本文给出了产品入库单元的顺序控制程序设计方案.所用方案简单,调试方便,能很好地进行二次程序设计,应用FX软件进行编程,对控制系统进行调试,并验证MPS产品入库单元控制系统程序设计的可行性.
Although MPS is the teaching equipment,but its constituent bodies control components are industrial devices,while the MPS can simulate control environment close to the actual production process,the structure is simple,intuitive and useful features,easy to practice teaching.Reference procedures are given by the majority of MPS device manufacturers through the auxiliary relay programming,program steps,complicated structure of the program is not conducive to the students to understand and grasp.Based on this,the article put forward the design of product storage unit sequence control program.The program is simple,convenient to debug,and a good second programming.And the FX software was applied for programming,debugging of the control system,the feasibility of the MPS product storage unit control system programming was confirmed.
