双质量飞轮传动系统中熄火异响的改善

摘要 采用双质量飞轮后,传动系统的共振转速降低到怠速转速以下,有助于改善常用行驶工况NVH性能.但是,在发动机启动、熄火过程中,必然经过系统的共振区域,在该工况下,容易引起较大的转速波动,造成变速箱打齿声.本文针对空档怠速工况下发动机熄火引起的变速箱打齿声,提出通过ECU熄火标定策略优化解决此问题的办法. With the double quality flywheel,the resonance speed of the driveline with dual mass flywheel is below the engine idle speed,which can help improve NVH performance.And when engine is starting or stopping,the resonance must happen,which causes the speed fluctuation and transmission rattle of gear-box.The optimized ECU calibration data proposed in the paper can reduce the speed fluctuation and eliminate the transmission rattle under the idle speed.
