基于地方产业优势的《汽车主要零部件成型技术》设置与教学

The curriculum planning and teaching of Processing Technology of the Main Automobile Parts course based on the advantages of local industry

汽车零部件的制造技术对整车的质量有重要影响.成渝地区的汽车产业位居国内领先行列,汽摩产业占到重庆市工业经济总量近1 3,基于汽车时代和地方产业优势在本科生中普及汽车零部件制造的基本知识具有实际意义.根据这种客观需要,笔者率先开设了理工科综合选修课《汽车主要零部件成型技术》.根据多年的教学经验,设计了该课程的教学内容、教学手段和教学方法,并列出该课程的教学纲要,将其付诸教学实践,取得了良好的教学效果.这对提高非汽车专业的大学生综合素质具有重要的意义.

The processing technology of auto parts has great influence on the vehicle quality.The automobile industry is Sichuan and Chongqing keeps ahead in China,and the automobile and motorcycle industry holds one third of total economic amout of Chongqing.It has practical significance to spread the basic knowledge of automobile parts processing technology among the undergraduate students with the automobile epoch and local industrial advantage.According to the objective need,the author put forward the selective course ＂the processing technology of the main automobile parts＂ for science and engineering students.Based on years of teaching experience,the author presents the main contents and idea,program of instruction and innovated teaching mode of this course,lists out the teaching guidelines,puts it into teaching practice,and obtains good teaching and practice effect.It is very important to enhance the overall quality of the non-vehicle engineering major.
