摘要
招聘业务是组织中人力资源管理业务模块的主要组成部分,其从业人员的素质特征会对招聘质量乃至组织整体人力资源管理产生影响。通过对311个招聘从业人员的问卷进行分析,招聘从业人员在不同性质、不同规模、不同产业类型的组织中存在着差异化的分布特征,其自身的学历、职业资格水平等也存在差异化的分布特征。
Recruitment is a main part of HR work,therefore,the quality of personnel concerned will have important impact on that of recruitment,and even entire HR management.From analysis of questionnaires of 311 people responsible for recruitment,different distribution characteristics can be found in organizations of different nature,scale and business types.There are also differentiated characteristics for their educational level as well as occupation qualification.
