摘要
物业管理成本费用是物业管理公司在提供物业管理服务过程中所发生的各项支出。要实现物业公司的目标利润,利用合理的方法及管理手段加强成本控制至关重要。成本控制方法主要分为事前控制、事中控制和事后控制。
The cost of property management is the expenditures for which property management companies provide property management services.In order that property companies can achieve the target profit,it is crucial for them to use reasonable methods and management tools to enhance cost control.Cost control methods are mainly divided into pre-control,control and post-control.
