摘要
通过有限体积法对高速圆柱渐开线直齿轮周围气体区域进行结构网格离散,建立箱体内的计算流体动力学(CFD)模型,采用CFD技术进行计算仿真,进而提出圆柱齿轮的风阻功率损失计算方法。并对比了不同参数条件下的CFD模型分析结果,结果表明,模数对齿轮风阻功率损失影响最大,风阻功率损失伴随模数的增大而增加;设置外缘挡板和端面挡板可有效的减小风阻功率损失,外缘挡板间隙与齿面风阻功率损失呈非正比关系,端面挡板间隙与齿面风阻功率损失呈正比关系;齿顶修形可有效减小齿槽区域涡流尺度及数目,有利于减小齿轮风阻功率损失。
The three-dimensional computational fluid dynamic(CFD) model of the oil-air mixture in the gearbox is established after meshing separately by the finite volume method(FVM),the turbulence model is simulated by the CFD technology.The method of calculate the windage power loss(WPL) of the spur gear is put forward,and the CFD model analysis results under different parameters are compared.The results show that,the maximum influence factor on gear windage power loss is modulus,and the windage power loss is increase with the modulus increment.The windage power loss is effectively reduced through installation tooth flank shroud and end face shroud.The windage power loss of the tooth flank and clearance of the tooth flank shroud do not show the proportional relationship,the windage power loss of the tooth flank and clearance of the tooth end face shroud show the proportional relationship.The modification of the gear top can effectively reduce the eddy scale and number of the small tooth area,and it is help to reduce the windage power loss.
