摘要 根据恒定磁场的基本方程及磁媒质的本构关系,给出了永磁体的等效电流模型。基于该等效电流模型,建立了适用于计算径向磁化交错轴磁性斜齿轮传动机构传动力矩的三维数学模型,并参照实验数据对该模型进行了验证。结果表明建立的传动力矩数学模型是正确的,适用于这种磁性齿轮传动机构的结构参数分析与优化设计。 Based on the basic equation of static magnetic field and constitutive relations of magnetic media,the equivalent current model of permanent magnet is deduced.Then a three-dimensional model for computing the torque of radial magnetizing cross axis magnetic helical gear transmission is established by using the equivalent current model.Finally the three-dimensional model is verified by the experimentation.The result shows the three-dimensional model is accurate for torque calculation and is well studied for the parametric analysis and optimal design of this kind of permanent magnetic gear.
