摘要
烧结热矿破碎系统由电机、开式齿轮、减速机、热破碎齿等组成,将高温粘结成饼状的烧结矿破碎处理,使其粒度小于150mm,经成品筛分处理后直送高炉。因烧结矿温度高且工况恶劣,破碎机齿轮常发生故障。三烧结热矿破碎减速机状况不佳,表现为输入高速齿与二级齿轮的齿间隙大,齿轮轴向窜动,轴承有异音。为把握设备状态,研究设备劣化的原因,对三烧结热矿破碎减速机进行受力计算,分析故障原因,使之稳定顺行。
The breaker system of hot sinter is composed of motor,reducer,hot break gear and so on.It can break down the hot sinter cakes whose size is less than 150mm.After screening,sinter ore is transmited to the blast furnace.Because of the high temperature and bad condition,the malfunction of breaking reducer often breaks down.The phase Ⅲ sinter breaker is in bad condition,such as the clearance between the input gear and second gear is large,the gear axis float and bearing noise.In order to maintain the equipment and study the reason of malfunction,the force of the reducer gear is calculated and the malfunction reasons is analyzed to make the reducer works well.
