精神分裂症患者直系子女早期的认知功能对照研究

A comparative study about the early cognitive function in offspring of schizophrenic patients

目的探讨精神分裂症患者直系子女早期的认知功能特征。方法采用龚耀先等修订的中国韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)、许淑莲等编制临床记忆量表、数字划销测验评估35例精神分裂症患者直系子女(研究组)和35例正常对照(对照组)的认知功能。结果研究组在操作智商、数字划销测验的平均净分值两项明显低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组数字划销测验的平均失误率明显高于对照组,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组在言语智商、总智商、记忆商等方面的评分值与对照组比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者直系子女在发育早期存在轻度的认知功能改变。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of early cognitive function in the offspring of schizophrenic patients. Methods 35 offspring of schizophrenic patients and 35 healthy controls were assessed with Chinese version of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children （ C-WISC ）, Clinical Memory Scale （CMS） and Number Cancellation Test （NCT） to evaluate their cognitive function. Results Compared with healthy controls, the performance IQ and the cancellation net scale of NCT were significantly lower and the error rate of NCT was significantly higher in study group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant differences in verbal IQ, full IQ and memory quotient between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The offspring of patients with schizophrenia exhibit mild cognitive alterations in their childhood.
