摘要 根据牛奶纤维的性能,设计了牛奶纤维/棉混纺针织物的染整加工工艺。该工艺特点在于:前处理采用温和的酶氧一浴工艺;染色选用无需碱剂固色的Argazol N系列活性染料;定形温度控制在110℃。该染整加工工艺,避免了牛奶纤维组分的损伤,保持了织物原有的风格,且各项色牢度均达到服用要求。 Dyeing and finishing process of milk/cotton blended knitted fabric was designed according to the properties of milk protein fiber. The characteristics of this process was as follows, adopting pretreatment process of mild enzyme oxygen one bath; Argazol N series reactive dyes was applied without alkali color fixing process ; thermosetting temperature was 110℃.This dyeing and finishing process can avoid the damage of the component of milk protein fiber, maintain the original style of the blended fabric. Various color fastness of dyed fabrics can meet the apparel requirements.
