UPLC-MS/MS法测定大米中9种硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留

Determination of Nine Thiocarbamate Pesticide Residues in Rice by HPLC-MS/MS

本文建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱（UPLC-MS/MS）检测大米中9种硫玳禽基甲酸酯类农药残留的方法。9种硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药在1．0-100岭／L范围内线性良好，相关系数为0．9966-0．9993，定量限小于0．5μg／L；9种目标物的回收率为76．0％-120．0％，相对标准偏差为2．2％19．6％。该方法准确、灵敏、快速，可满足大米中9种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的检测需要，该研究对食品安全及风险预警具有一定参考意义。

A method was developed for the determination of 9 thiocarbamate pesticide residues in rice by HPLC-MS/MS. The proposed methods showed a good linearity in the range of 1.0-100 μg/L with the linear correlation coefficients of 0.9966-4）.9993 and LOQs of lower than 0.51ag/L. The average recoveries for the pesticides ranged from 76.0% to 120.0%, with the relative standard deviations （RSDs） were less than 19.6% for all compounds. The method was simple and practical, rapid and accurate with low detection limit. The research on food safety and risk early warning had certain reference significance.
