摘要 针对某重型车进气系统,在Hyperworks11.0→Engineering Solutins11.0-CFD中对其进行了含边界层的非结构网格划分。由于进气系统空滤器部分空气流动方向不唯一,仿真计算结果中空滤器部分按多孔介质模型处理时与试验结果差别较大,故对空滤器部分按StarCCM+多孔Baffle处理,并对进气系统进行了流体动力学仿真分析,得到了额定工况下进气系统流场的分布和不同工况下的进气阻力及空滤阻力。最后将空滤器仿真结果与试验结果进行比较,进一步验证了仿真结果的准确性。 To certain Heavy-duty truck intake systems, in Hyperworks 11.0→ Engineering Solutins 11.0-CFD as to it's carried on containing the boundary layer non-structure mesh demarcation. Because air flowing through air filter gauze's directions are not unique, imitating the true calculation result of air filter gauze part as porous zone and experiment result difference compare greatly, article to air filter gauze part as porous baffle processing in Star-CCM+, and to intake system to carried on the hydrodynamics to imitate true analysis, getting flowing the field distribution of the intake systems and entering air resistance under different work condition,air filter gauze resistance .In the end ,comparing air filter gauze simulation result with experiment result of comparison, simulation result of accuracy was further verified.
