摘要 通过使用先进的直线电机作为驱动条件,建立三维实体模型。利用ADAMS软件和ANSYS软件建立了刚柔混合模型,并对模型进行多体动力学仿真与分析,结果表明,下钻机构中与主轴电机相连的连接杆的刚性对整个下钻机构的钻孔精度有很大的影响。通过增加连接杆截面面积来增加系统的支撑刚性,以及运用空气静压轴承改善机构的支撑稳定性,提高了下钻机构钻孔精度和运行的动态特性。 Through the use of advanced linear motor as driving conditions, the paper establish of three- dimensional solid model. A rigid - flex hybrid models is developed by using the ADAMS and ANSYS software, and the model is established by multi - body dynamics simulation and analysis. The results show that the rigidity of joint lever that is connecting spindle motor in the drill - down mechanism has a great effect on the precision of hole. Supporting rigidity of system is increased by increasing the cross section area of joint lever, and supporting stability of the system is improved by using of aerostatic bearing. It is verified that the precision of hole and dynamic characteristic of drill -down mechanism are improved.
