摘要
基于EVA的振动加速度传感器和自行设计的电梯载荷量传感器,提出一种电梯振动加速度监测装置的设计。通过对电梯在不同载荷状况下的振动加速度值的采集,与标准规定的振动加速度的最大允许峰峰值进行比较,从而达到动态监测电梯运行稳定性的目的。
It is provided a design of elevator's vibration acceleration monitoring instrument, which is based on the EVA vibration acceleration sensor and the load capacity sensor of elevator designed by author. To compare the high peak vibration acceleration which is ruled in national standard with the vibration acceleration collected by the instrument in different load condition, it can reach the purpose to monitor the stability of elevator dynamically.
