摘要 针对传统消烟降温系统自动化程度不高的缺点,构建了一种以PLC为控制核心的消烟降温控制系统。通过对控制原理的分析,给出了控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计。系统采用闭环控制,实时采集消烟降温系统状态参数,通过变频器控制电机转速,调节系统进排风量和冷却水流量,并通过人机交互界面监控系统运行状态,显示各传感器的实时测量值。 Aiming at the disadvantage in low automatization extent of traditional cooling and dedusting system, a kind of cooling and dedusting system based on PLC is constructed. The hardware structure and software design of control system are presented by analyzing control elements. Closed - loop control is used in the system to collect current state parameter and adjusting intake and exhaust gas and cooling water stream by controlling motor speed with transducer. HMI(human machine interface) is applied to monitor system running state and thus the current measured values of each sensor can be showed.
