亲子鉴定实验室的建立与应用

摘要 目的建立亲子鉴定实验室,为社会提供个体识别、亲子鉴定和血型基因检测等服务,并进行相关研究。方法按照二级生物安全标准建立基因扩增检验实验室,并建立短串联重复序列(STR)基因位点检测方法。结果建立了经资质认定专家组评审的亲子鉴定实验室,完成301例亲子鉴定案例,其中三联体(父亲-母亲-孩子)252例,二联体(父亲-孩子或母亲-孩子)49例,排除亲子关系25例(8.30%);亲子鉴定委托原因主要是上户口(75.42%,227/301)和有疑虑(18.60%,56/301),其他包括移民、寻亲等。结论亲子鉴定是一门新兴、先进的技术,可以为社会服务,促进社会和谐发展,但是要加以引导和管理,避免被滥用。 Objective To establish paternity testing laboratory to provide services such as individual identification, paternity testing and blood genotyping, and to conduct related researches. Methods Gene amplification testing laboratory was established according to the Level Two Biosafety Standards,and short tandem repeat(STR) loci detection was applied. Results The qualified paternity testing laboratory was established. Twenty five exclusion of the 301 paternity cases which had been finished these years,252 cases of trio testing(father-mother-child),49 cases of duo testing(father-the child or mother-the child), the paternity exclusion rate is 8.30%. The main causes of paternity testing as follows: residence register(75.42% ,227/301 ), solving doubts (18.60%, 56/301 ), and other causes including immigration, seeking the family members and so on. Conclusion Paternity testing is a new and advanced technology which can serve a social need and promote social harmony, but it must be guided and controlled to be applied legitimately.
