摘要
目的建立广西急诊专业护士核心能力综合评价指标体系。方法采用Delphi法对23名专家进行两轮咨询,通过层次分析法确定急诊护士核心能力评价的各级指标权重。采用自行设计的调查问卷对80名护士进行预调查,对各项指标进行检验。结果通过对专家咨询表的分析,确定指标体系包含5个一级指标、12个二级指标、26个三级指标,信效度检验效果好。结论急诊专业护士核心能力评价指标体系各级指标的条目专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,为急诊专业护士的任用、培训、考核提供了客观、量化的依据。
Objective To establish a core competence evaluation index system for emergency nurses.Methods Twenty three experts were consulted by two-round Delphi method. Hierarchy analysis was the weight of each index in the system. A pre-survey was conducted in 80 nurses using a self-designed applied to determine questionnaire to test all the indices in the system. Results The index system containing 5 first-level indices, 12 second-level indices,26 third-level indices was determined based on the analysis of Delphi consultation tables, whose reliability and validity were of good effects. Conclusion The core competence evaluation index system for emergency nurses is reliable and valid,which can provide objective and quantitative standards for employment, training and evaluation of emergency nurses.
