Study and Development of Materials for High-quality Hardmetal Tools

摘要 超细晶硬质合金(晶粒度≤0.5μm)性能优异,制备技术相对成熟,是高性能的硬质合金刀具材料。从厦门金鹭特种合金有限公司和国家钨材料工程技术中心承担并完成的航空航天钛合金用系列化数控刀具开发以及黑色金属加工用系列化刀具开发的课题经验出发,对该领域材料在中国的研究和开发进行论述。 The sintered WC -Co hardmetals with ultrafine grain sizes (≤0.5μm) , which possess optimized properties and mature processing technology, are materials for high - quality hardmetal tools. Base on the Special Grand National Science -technology Projects, which were undertaken and finished by Xiamen Golden Egret Special Alloy Co. , Ltd and China National R&D Center for Tungsten Technology, the materials' development of CNC machine tools and serialization tools, which are used for processing Titanium alloys in aerospace and ferrous metals, were systematically introduced; the development of materials for high - quality hardmetal tools was also discussed and reviewed.
