为了确保蒸汽发生器运行的安全与可靠,需要计算确定其运行极限。确定运行极限需考虑的主要因素有一次侧与二次侧压力差、出口湿蒸汽含量、管系振动。如果将蒸汽发生器运行时的一次侧平均温度或二次侧饱和压力标识在运行极限图上,就可以直观判断蒸汽发生器的运行是否安全,预判运行可能产生的问题。
The operating limits should be determined to make sure the steam generator is safe and reliable.The pressure difference between the primary and secondary sides,the moisture content of steam,the tube bundle vibration are the main factors to be considered.If the average temperature at primary side or the saturation pressure at secondary side is indicated on the operating limits curve,the operation safety or the reason for possible operation problems can be identified more directly.
