非物质文化遗产的生命力在于传承,而在我国乃至世界文化遗产中占有一席之地的西藏非物质文化遗产,更离不开传承,尤其是高等教育传承。有序的高等教育传承离不开法律的保障,只有将西藏非物质文化遗产的高等教育传承加以法制化,才能构建西藏非物质文化遗产传承的法律保护之网,延续西藏非物质文化遗产的生命力。
