退火工艺对LED支架用冷轧带钢组织及性能的影响 被引量:3

EFFECT OF ANNEALING PROCESS ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF LED BRACKET COLD-ROLLED STRIP

摘要 对LED支架用冷轧带钢采用不同退火工艺及退火后的组织与性能进行研究分析。结果表明:带钢在罩式炉中620℃保温10小时退火,其回复再结晶效果较好,可获得符合要求的具有优异强度和塑性的带钢;保证了LED支架用冷轧带钢产业化的成功。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of LED bracket cold-rolled strip are analyzed by batch annealing of various processes. The results show that when steel strip is annealled under 620℃ for 10 hours,its recrystallization effect is better, and a strip with excellent strength and plasticity can be ob- tained, which ensures the success of industrialization of LED bracket cold-rolled strip steel.
