摘要
本文通过理论分析并结合生产实践,阐述了在转炉冶炼过程中钢水增氮的主要原因并提出了改善措施,对低氮钢种的生产具有一定的指导意义。
With the development of modern manufacturing industry, the requisition for car panels and pipeline steel which have high purity, high Strength, hot ductility, deep drawability is much higher. According to theoretic analysis and production practice, this article further expounds the cause of Nitriding in converter steelmaking process, and presentes improvement measures, as well as gives the guidance meaning for the mass production of low nitrogen steel.
