与回归、相关、方差、因子分析等统计方法相比,灰色关联分析在多变量数据要求上有自身的优势,是分析各因素关联性的一种量的测度。在农作物育种实践中,灰色关联分析已广泛应用于新品种评价、自交系选育、性状关联分析等各个方面。通过论述灰色关联分析在玉米、小麦、水稻等作物育种领域的应用以及发展趋势,以期为相关研究提供理论依据。

Grey relational analysis（GRA） is an amount measure to analyse relevance in different factors.It had advantages in multivariable data statistic compared with regression analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis and factor analysis.Grey relational analysis is widely used in crops breeding practices including new varieties evaluation,inbred lines breeding and characters relevance analysis.This paper discussed the application principle and development tendency of GRA in maize,wheat and rice on purpose to provide theory basis for the associated researches.
