摘要
现代发动机设计对功率密度提出更严酷的要求。在水平对置柴油机设计过程中,针对曲柄连杆机构的特殊结构形式,采用计算机辅助工程设计技术,利用运动学和动力学分析结果,基于Abaqus软件进行有限元动应力计算;分析不同时刻发动机的应力分布状况,同时根据所计算出的动应力谱进行疲劳分析,为曲轴优化设计提供重要依据。
The development of modem power has more rigorous requirements on power density of engine.In the design of the double-opposed diesel engine, considering the special structure of crank train, CAEtechnology was adopted and with the kinematic and dynamic analysis results, using Abaqus software to carry out FEM dynamic stress calculation, the stress distribution at different time was studied. Moreover, with the calculated dynamic stress map, fatigue analysis was conducted. All the research provides important reference for the optimum design of crankshafts.
