燃料电池系统氢稀释器的结构设计与仿真

摘要 间歇式排氢法能有效地解决燃料电池电堆内部的堵水问题,但会导致尾排气体中氢浓度超标。具有前低后高挡板式内部结构的氢稀释器采用纯物理方法进行氢气稀释,具有效果明显、安全可靠、占用空间小等优点。基于CFD的氢稀释器三维仿真模型结果表明,该稀释器能够成功达到降低尾气中氢浓度的要求,为实际的工程应用提供了理论指导。 The drainage of hydrogen through purge can solve the problem of stack seeper in fu- el cell, but it also causes the density of the discharged hydrogen too high to achieve the requests. The hydrogen dilution device using physical methods to dilute hydrogen which has baffles of low in front and high in back has many advantages like high reliability and compact structure. The simulation based on CFD proves that the hydrogen dilution device can achieve the requirements of security, it also offers an academic guide to engineering application.
