参麦冰宁心片治疗室性早搏临床观察

Clinical observation of "Shenmaibing Ningxin Tablets" in treating ventricular premature beats

目的观察参麦冰宁心片治疗室性早搏的临床疗效及安全性。方法将140例病例分为观察组与对照组,观察组70例予参麦冰宁心片,对照组70例予麝香保心丸,疗程均为28天。比较两组临床疗效,观察中医证候积分、24 h室性早搏次数变化情况及半年复发率、不良反应。结果观察组、对照组总有效率分别为94.29%、81.43%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后心悸、胸闷、纳呆、乏力积分较本组治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,两组四项积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组24 h室性早搏次数治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间治疗后及治疗前后差值比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。半年随访期间观察组复发率为8.57%,较对照组的17.14%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参麦冰宁心片治疗室性早搏的疗效及安全性良好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of “Shenmaibing Ningxin Tablets”in the treatment of ventricular premature beats. Methods Total 140 ca- ses were randomized into treatment group （ n = 70 ） and control group （ n = 70 ） , and treated respectively with “Shenmaibing Ningxin Tablets”and “Sbexiang Baoxin Pills” for 28 days. The efficacy and safety of the treatment were assessed, and the scores of TCM syndrome, numbers of ventricular premature beats in 24 hours, recurrence rat after half a year were also observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 94.29% and 81.43 % respectively, with a significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of TCM syndromes including palpi- tation, chest distress, poor appetite and fatigue reduced superiorly in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, with a significant difference when compared with control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was a significant difference between the two groups in reducing 24 hours ventricular premature （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The recurrence rate in the treatment group and control group were 8.57% and 17.14% respectively, with a significant difference between them （P 〈0.05）. Coachusion “Sbenmaibing Ningxin Tablets”has positive effects on ventricular premature beat, without apparent toxic side effects.
