摘要 目的观察DM120方治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效。方法采用随机方法将60例T2DM患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各30例。在原先治疗方案不变的条件下,治疗组给予DM120方,对照组给予糖脉康;疗程均为12周。观察治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血浆胰岛素(FINS)、空腹C肽、体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)的变化,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA2-IR)。结果两组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、FINS、空腹C肽、HOMA2-IR均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组WC改善(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较2hPG、FINS有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 DM120方对降低T2DM患者的餐后血糖、减轻胰岛素抵抗疗效确切。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of “DM120 Decoction”on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group, 30 eases in each group. Based on the essential treatment, the treatment group was administered “DM120 Decoction”, and the control group was administered “Tangmaikang Granule”, with a course of 12 weeks. The changes in fasting plasma glucose ( FPG), 2 hours postprandial glucose (2 hPG) , glycosylated hemoglobin( HbAlc), fasting plasma insulin( FINS), fasting C-peptide, body mass index( BMI), waist eircumfereneee( WC ) and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the FPG, 2hPG, HbAle, FINS, Fasting C-peptide and HOMA2-IR of the two groups were significantly lowered ( P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01 ) ; WC was decreased in treatment group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the 2hPG and FINS in the treat- ment group were lower than those in the control group (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion “DMI20 Decoction”is effective to reduce 2hPG and improve insulin resistance.
