慢性肾脏病患者血管钙化与骨质疏松共同发生机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 血管钙化和骨质疏松作为慢性肾脏病的常见并发症,严重影响其预后。慢性肾脏病患者血管钙化程度与其骨密度水平表现出了明显的相关性。近年来对血管钙化和骨质疏松机制的研究有了很大进展,现从骨保护素/核因子κB受体活化因子配体/核因子κB受体活化因子系统、骨形态发生蛋白2、γ-羧基谷氨酸基质蛋白、平滑肌细胞核结合子α1、胎球蛋白A等相关调节因子方面,对慢性肾脏病患者血管钙化与骨质疏松之间的关系及共同发生机制进行综述。 As the most common complications of chronic kidney disease,vascular calcification and osteoporosis are seriously influencing the patients′ prognosis.Many studies have revealed significant relationships between the severity of vascular calcification and bone density in patients with impaired renal function.Some mechanisms have been suggested to be responsible for the occurrence of these two complications,such as OPG/RANKL/RANK system,BMP-2,MGP,Cbfa1,as well as fetuin-A.Here is to make a review on the relationships and common mechanisms of the two complications in chronic kidney disease patients.
