摘要
2型糖尿病(T2DM)是多基因遗传变异和环境等多重因素共同作用的结果。葡萄糖激酶调节蛋白(GCKR)被认为是T2DM重要的易患基因之一。其两个单核苷酸多态性(rs780094和rs1260326)基因遗传位点与血糖水平、胰岛素分泌、三酰甘油水平及T2DM的发病有显著相关性。GCKR基因多态性可能通过降低胰岛素的分泌、降低血糖和增加三酰甘油水平,从而降低T2DM的易患性。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus is the result of multiple genes and multiple environment factors.Glucokinase regulatory protein(GCKR)is considered to be one of the important susceptibility genes in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Its two single nucleotide polymorphisms(rs780094 and rs1260326)are significantly correlated with blood glucose levels,insulin secretion,triglyceride levels and T2DM pathogenesis.GCKR polymorphism reduces the risk of T2DM possibly by reducing insulin secretion,lowering blood glucose and increasing triglyceride levels.
