餐后高血糖与2型糖尿病

摘要 在2型糖尿病(T2DM)的发生、发展过程中,当空腹血糖还处在正常范围时,餐后血糖已异常升高,并最终加速和导致T2DM的发生。与空腹血糖相比,餐后高血糖与T2DM心血管并发症的发生和发展有相关性。因此,餐后高血糖的及时发现和有效控制对T2DM及其并发症的预防和治疗具有极其重要的作用。α葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂在这方面发挥了重要作用。 During the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),when fast blood glucose levels are still within the normal range,postprandial blood glucose levels are always being much higher.This abnormality at last leads to the actual T2DM soon enough.Compared with fast blood glucose postprandial hyperglycemia is much more correlated with the diabetes′ complications such as cardiovascular disease.Therefore,finding out postprandial hyperglycemia timely and controlling it efficiently plays a great role in prevention and treatment of T2DM and its complications.α-glucosidase inhibitors are such very effective agents for controlling postprandial hyperglycemia.
