摘要
目的探讨影响糖尿病患者营养状况的相关危险因素。方法对我院收治的60例糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,记录患者一般情况、血气指标、生化指标、治疗评估等基本资料,进行统计学分析。结果二元Logistic回归分析显示,患者年龄较大、糖尿病病史长、入院时血糖高、日常生活能力评分低、并发症发生率高均是其营养状况较差的高危因素。结论对于年龄较大的糖尿病患者,通过对症处理,控制合并症等辅助治疗,可改善其营养状况。
Objective To investigate the nutritional status risk factors of diabetespatients.Methods 60 cases of diabetic patients admitted in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively;records of patients in general status,blood gas indicators,biochemical index,treatment assessment,etc.,were made and statistically analyzed.Results Binary Logistic regression indicated that,older age,long diabetic history,high blood sugar level and low daily life ability score when admitted to hospital,and high incidence of complications were high-risk factors of poor nutritional status.Conclusion For older patients with diabetes,some symptomatic treatment factors and controlling of complications can be adopted as adjuvant therapy to improve their nutritional status.
