摘要
本文研究了在CO_2激光照射下,以 SF_6为光敏化剂时甲烷的热解反应。研究了激光光强和聚焦以及甲烷和敏化剂分压强的改变对热解的影响。
The CW Co_2 laser-photosensitized(SF_6)pyrolysis of methane has been studied inthis thesis.The decomposition ration and the production of resultants have been shown to dependon laser intensity,the partial pressures of both CH_4 and SF_6.The results from experiment havebeen analysised.
