循环自相关函数在风电齿轮箱试验台振动测试中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对某集团公司风力发电增速箱试验台工作时的噪声来源进行分析。通过对比各故障诊断方法选用循环自相关函数对噪声进行诊断,运用采集到的数据分析得出风电齿轮箱的噪声来源于高速轴的刚度不足,从而引发周期性振动,导致高速轴和部分轴承以及齿轮啮合时产生不同程度的冲击振动,最后证明此试验台的不合理性,给出可行性方案。通过分析表明该方法在风电增速箱这样的多调制源、多故障特征频率的故障诊断领域有良好的实用性。 The noise resource of vibration test of Wind power growth gearbox is analyzed.By compar- ing with various fault diagnosis methods ,cyclic autocorrelation function is selected to analyze the noise. Through analyzing the measured data,the result shows that the noise of wind power gearbox comes from in- sufficient stiffness of high-speed shaft which leads to different degree shock vibrations of medium speed shaft, parts of bearing and gear meshing.The irrationality of the test bench is proved.Finally the feasible plan is given,and the result shows this method has good practicability in diagnosis fields of many fault characteristics and frequency modulation sources such as wind power gearbox.
