摘要
冷渣机是指能够快速冷却高温炉渣,同时回收高效热量的机械设备,它在国民经济建设,尤其是节能减排中起着积极重要的作用。冷渣机可分为以下七大类:搁管式冷渣机、螺旋式冷渣机、滚筒式冷渣机、移动式冷渣机、流化床式冷渣机、气槽式冷渣机、气力输送式冷渣机。冷渣机属于一种典型的热交换设备,其设计不能完全采用传统的机械设计方法,应结合传热学的有关理论确定冷渣机相关参数。以多层盘式冷渣机为例,详细地介绍了冷渣机的设计计算方法,并导出相关设计计算公式。
Slag cooler refers to the mechanical equipment of rapid cooling of high temperature of blast furnace slag,and efficiently recycling heat,and the equipment in national economic construction plays a very important role.Slag cooler can be divided into the following seven categories: put aside tube type slag cooler,Screw slag cooler,drum slag cooler, movable slag cooler,fluidized bed type cold slag machine,gas tank type cold slag machine, pneumatic conveying type cold slag machine.The slag cooler belongs to a kind of typical heat transmission machine.For this reason its design can't adopt the traditional machine design method completely.h should the theory of heat transfer to determine related parameter in the slag cooler.It takes slag cooler of multi-layer-disk type as an example ,introducing the design calculation method in de- tail,and derives the related design calculation formula.
