摘要 自由锻造液压机具有高压、大流量、大运动惯量等特点,其控制难度比较大。针对以上问题,以65MN自由锻造液压机为研究对象,以提高快速性、减小卸荷换向冲击、提高控制精度为目的,设计了由预测部分、Bang-Bang控制、Fuzzy控制、开关控制、被控对象(活动横梁)及传感器组成的直接数字反馈控制系统。在Matlab/Simulink中建立其控制器模型,与AMESim进行联合仿真。仿真结果接近理想的锻造过程正弦曲线,效果优于传统的PID控制。 The free forging hydraulic press has the characteristics of high working pressure, big flow rate, and large movement inertia. This control is very difficult to carry out. The object of the research is the 65 MN free forging hydraulic press. For the purpose of enhancing the rapidity, reducing the impact of relief and commutation and improving the control accuracy, this paper designs a direct digital feedback control system containing predict part, Bang-Bang control, Fuzzy control, switch control, general object( active beam)and sensor. The controller model is established in Matlab/Simulink, and the co-simulation is carried out with AMESim. The co-simulation results are closer to the ideal forging curve sine wave and are better than the traditional PID control.
