摘要
根据某热轧带钢厂横切机组中11辊矫直机的工艺参数,运用曲线拟合的基本思想,分析1#辊压上量的改变对2#辊处相对反弯曲率产生的影响,得出1#辊压上量的改变使得1#辊与2#辊间零弯矩点的位置发生了变化,使2#辊处产生最大相对反弯曲率。并且运用有限元分析软件建立该矫直机的有限元模型,分析比较不同的1#辊压上量所对应的板材矫后残余应力和平直度,发现在设定好上排辊的压下规程后,适量地改变1#辊压上量可以提高板材整体质量,为实际生产提供了理论依据。
According to the process parameters of 11 rolls straightening machine, the influence of the change of 1# leveler roller intermesh on the anti-bending rate of 2# roll is analyzed by using the method of curve fitting,then the result is achieved that the location of zero moment point between 1# roll and 2# roll is changed with the change of 1# leveler roller intermesh which results in the maximum relative anti-bend- ing curve rate appearing at 2# roll.A ccording to the process parameters of straightening machine ,the 3-D dynamic finite element model of the steel in straightening process is established by explicit dynamic FEM for practical production and improves the quality of the plate.
