摘要
丹佛斯系列水泵是世界先进的水泵产品,由于使用不当,造成了泵的关键摩擦副的磨损,使整个水泵不能正常工作,影响整个液压系统的运行。针对上述问题,分析了水泵的关键摩擦副损伤和失效的原因,对泵的关键摩擦副进行测绘和设计,对比各种修复方法,最终确定了修复方案,对泵的关键部件进行重新加工,将修复后的泵在水液压元件试验台上进行测试,运用数据采集系统进行数据采集。经过试验分析,修复后泵的各项性能指标均达到预期效果。
As the key power component of water hydraulic system, the water hydraulic pump is the key of improving the development of water hydraulic technology. DANFOSS series water pumps are the advanced water pump. Because of improper use, several key frictional pairs are damaged; consequently, the whole pump cannot work normally and the entire hydraulic system is affected seriously. To solve the above problems, this paper presents the reasons of damage and the failure of the key frictional pairs; by designing the key frictional pairs and comparing with different repair methods, the final repair project is determined; then, the key parts of the pump are remanufactured, and the repaired water pump is experimented in the water hydraulic components test-bench; at last, the data are collected by the data acquisition system. Through the experimental analysis, the main performance of the repaired pump can achieve the expected goal.
