摘要
针对液压泵故障检测手段的不完善性、信号获取装置的不稳定性等原因造成的诊断信息不完备性,提出一种基于灰靶理论的液压系统健康状态方法。该方法首先利用小波包消噪和Hilbert变换对信号进行预处理,然后提取液压泵故障信号特征,对不同严重程度的液压泵复合故障进行分析,将信号幅值域特征作为特征向量,最后通过建立标准故障模式,利用靶心度计算确定故障等级。实验研究表明,采用灰靶理论对液压泵进行故障程度分级是有效可行的。

Firstly, the wavelet packet analysis and Hilbert transform were used for signal preprocessing; secondly, the different severities of the faults were analyzed, and then the domain dimensionless parameters were decided as feature vector of the fault signal. Finally, the standard fault pattern was built and approaching degree was calculated to determine the fault level. The experimental data show that the grey target theory is an effective method to assess the health status for the hydraulic pump.
