摘要
介绍了一种适合于装载机使用的静液机械无级变速复合传动方案。该方案不仅能满足装载机的力矩传递要求,还能适应装载机动力输出的激变特性。该方案通过几组湿式多片离合器的结合状态控制,实现了纯静液、复合无级变速和纯机械等传动状态。阐述了各种传动状态的变速原理、控制要素及适用工况。介绍了该方案与混合动力技术相结合的拓展结构。该结构在装载机上实现了混合动力与无级变速技术的结合,是目前最具潜力的装载机节能方案。
A composite transmission scheme of hydrostatic mechanical continuously variable ratio used for wheel loader is introduced, which is suitable for wheel loader torque transmittance and can satisfy sharp change characteristic of wheel loader power output. The transmission can transmit power in pure hydraulic way, composite continuously variable ratio way and pure mechanical way by the means of several groups of wet multi-disc clutches. All the vary ratio mechanisms, control elements and suitable work conditions are explained in details. Finally, the transmission is combined with hybrid technology on wheel loader, which is the most power-saving potential structure scheme for wheel loader at present.
