摘要
平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)是衡量数控机床的一项重要可靠性指标。运用线性回归分析和假设检验方法,对加工中心刀库机械手早期故障间隔时间进行研究,找出早期故障间隔时间分布模型,求出加工中心刀库机械手早期故障间隔时间的概率密度函数、分布函数和故障函数,从而为加工中心可靠性特征量的评定和采取可靠性增长的技术措施提供理论上的依据。
The mean time between failures(MTBF) is an important reliability criterion for numerical control(NC) machine tool. Using the method of linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing,this paper studies the forepart fault's internal time of the tools storage and mechanical tools of machining center, and find the distribution model of the forepart fault' s internal time. The probability density functions,the distributing function and the failure function of forepart fault's internal time of the tools storage and mechanical tools of machining center are also calculated. The founded model provides a theoretical basis of the assessing reliability characterizations and the technical measures adopted for reliability growth.
