This paper gives some suggestions to determine the start relieving pressure value of the pres- sure vessels needed gas-tight test, which is in accord with ＂Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel＂ , analyzes how to use maximum allowable working pressure flexibly in de- signing.
