Reason Analysis and Countermeasure of Drive System Fault of Double Helix Wedge-shaped Paddle Dryer

通过认真调查浆叶干燥机传动系统存在的问题,分析了问题存在的原因,指出轴承工作游隙过小和轴承座支撑方式不恰当是设备问题的根本原因。通过将轴承座支撑与机架分离和选用大游隙轴承等措施,解决了生产线关键设备的技术问题,取得了良好的改造效果,设备配置更加合理化。

This paper investigates the problem of the drive system of the paddle dryer, analyzes the rea- sons, points out that the small bearing work clearance and improper chock support are the root reasons of equipment problems. After the chock support separated from the frame and larger clearance bearings selected, the technical problems of the key equipments in the production line are solved, achieves good effect of reconstruction, and the device configuration is more reasonable.
