摘要
在研究现有电解槽节能技术的基础上,主要进行了三角凸齿型阴极电解槽研发及配套焙烧启动技术研究,该技术能降低槽电压,节能效果明显,还能避免阴极表面存积沉淀及操作对凸台造成破坏。
This paper mainly researches triangle convex tooth type cathode electrolytic tank and its sup- porting baking technology, based on study of existing electrolyzer energy-saving technology. This technol- ogy can decrease the cell voltage, energy saving obviously, and can avoid the cathode surface deposition precipitation and operation on convex table causing damage.
